The main change I made here was fixing some typesetting errors such as awkward line breaks.
Since you have quite a number of sections, I wonder if you have tried to FL all parts of them. Centering the various subheads may add a sense of busyness that you just don't need... and the combo will look even more contemporary together. Also - you need to add a word "in" before Germany in right hand column.
