I took up the suggestions made earlier and blurred the edges more while tweaking the color. Any other suggestions?
Mount Wachusett Community College, in Gardner MA offers a 2-year program for Graphic and Interactive Designer students. I think it looks great how it is, but if anything it seems there is more space on the bottom side (the more lively tree) than the top side. (dead tree)
ReplyDeleteLove the juxtaposition between the two halves of the image. Is the bottom half supposed to be a reflection? If so maybe you could add ripples or some blurriness to represent that.
ReplyDeleteYes, please make your intentional message more clear. What is happening here, what do you want us to understand in this visual? Since the top tree is not given as much room in the composition as the bottom upside down tree... why not push that comparison further... reduce it even more. So we see a very small tree (dead, or in the winter) that is reflecting a large healthy, summer time tree. That would give us a story, a narrative, to understand.
