Project 1 - Kave Menu - Re-work

This is my menu design re-worked with the color updates, making the appetizer title smaller and adding the entrees and sides to the outside, which I am not sure if I like on the outside. I am thinking of making the menu smaller and taking out an entree item and putting the words entrees and sides, in a boxed area with instructions. I updated the color of the table tent to match the menu and coaster.
What do you all think?

  1. It looks like you removed the green that was previously coloring the hamburger which is a very good change. Overall it looks nice! I'm not sure I understand what you're saying about putting entrees in a box area, if it's still on the circle I'm worried that the box could feel confusing.

  2. I agree with Jon it was a good idea removing the green from the hamburger, overall it's a creative and interesting design.

  3. I really like the texture and how it seems rough but having a bit of fun excitement to it. The mixture of blue and yellow results in a good combination of excitement and a chilled atmosphere.

  4. Use the back of the menu for some content (name of restaurant?), which should give you more room on front for subtitles - which I do believe are necessary for the reader. This is a very unusual construction for a menu - so any navigation you can offer the reader would be well worth considering!

  5. The feeling you're going for is greatly complemented with this edited color pallet. White text and the crack effects on the light blue looks very pleasant and eye catching. Although, I noticed on the entree circular menu that the words "entree & sides" could be moved upwards a bit since it seems a bit too close to the bottom part where the circular slider will be placed.
