I added in a flare for the pearl, warped the shape of the coral a bit and made each thing darker as well as adding in the seaweed.
Your color decisions add a strong dynamic quality! Nice. Are you sure you don't want to enlarge that crab claw? I hope you intend to include your well drawn sketch in your portfolio - it adds context to the work.
The changes significantly help to add more balance to the design and make it feel less empty. I think now it's time to really ground each piece into the composite. Painting shadows in where needed can help to make each elements feel like it's truly part of the scene.
